About Me

Who am I?

I’m E-J, a busy and ambitious Mum hoping to help as many people as possible on their health and wellness journey. My passion for sport and fitness started very young. I was always on teams at school and found a real talent for athletics at around the age of 10. I continued my team sports and chose Netball at Uni and here, studying Sport Psychology and Nutrition, my love of coaching was born. I qualified as a PT in my second year and once I graduated I started to work in a gym and have helped friends and family achieve their health and fitness goals.

In 2020 I began my own health and wellness journey once more. Having a child had certainly changed my body and being a Mum left very little room for 'me'. But I decided to take control of my fitness and began slow and steady, working out from home using bodyweight exercises, HIIT sessions online and running around the garden with my son. I was reignited with love for exercise and feeling the rush of a workout. It was also time set aside for me, each day, where I could work on myself.

Fast forward to January 2022 and I want to help and empower others on their health and wellness journey. I particularly want to work with pre and postnatal mums because I can add value and specific advice which is ethical and will protect Mum and her baby well into Motherhood. I also want to help women in their later years, early 40's and beyond through perimenopause. Ultimately, I am following women on their life's journey.
