Personal Training

Personal training is a mode of training with either a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 format. As an individual or a couple, we can discover your goals, work closely together and implement a health and fitness regime which works for you and your family.


Using your goals to create a programme which is tailored specifically to you, we will discuss nutrition, your wellness, healthy routines and creating a regime for you to stick to. With accountability from your trainer and an online community to share best practise and experiences with, we are with you every step of the way.

One of the many benefits of personal training with EJ-PT is that it is deliverable online, from the comfort of your home and no sign of trudging to the gym!

Using your own bodyweight or equipment from home, we can achieve your goals in a safe, controlled and friendly environment whilst navigating a busy work schedule too.
